What's the typical lead time?
Lead times vary by door type, wood species, and project complexity. Custom wood doors typically run 3–5 weeks from confirmed order. Steel and full-view glass doors are usually faster at 2–3 weeks. You’ll get exact delivery dates with your quote — not estimates. We build your timeline into the quote from day one.
Do you handle installation, or does my crew?
Both options work. We can deliver to site for your crew to install, or supply and install ourselves — particularly useful when your team is stretched across multiple jobs simultaneously. Confirm your preference at the quote stage and we’ll factor it in.
Do you supply metal and full-view glass doors too?
